Ingredients
- 60gr sourdough
- 20gr sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 65gr flour
- 10gr cocoa
- 1 pinch salt
- 40ml (sour) milk
- 5gr butter in room temperature
- 30gr dark chocolate
Steps
- Preheat the oven in 170 degrees Celsius
- Shift the flour, the cocoa and baking powder and mix it with sugar and salt
- Add the sour milk and mix
- Add the sourdough and mix
- Add in small portions the butter and knead the dough
- Add the chocolate in small pieces
- Add a baking paper in your tray and make small balls (9-10 pieces), that in the end you push them a bit in order to become a bit flat
- Optionally you can sprinkle them with sal
- Bake theme till they become slightly golden (around 22 minutes in my oven)
