Super easy sourdough butter cookies

Easy butter cookies for fingerfood or your buffet!

Ingredients

  • 120gr Sourdough (it can be also discard)
  • 100gr flour
  • 2/3 of a teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 55ml oat milk
  • 20gr butter in room temperature

Steps

  • Preheat the oven in 170 degrees Celsius
  • Shift the flour and baking powder and mix it with sugar and salt
  • Add the milk and mix
  • Add in small portions the butter and knead the dough
  • Add a baking paper in your tray and make small balls (12 pieces), that in the end you push them a bit in order to become a bit flat
  • Optionally you can sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon
  • Bake theme till they become slightly golden

TIP: You can use also spoiled milk for this recipe to make this recipe twice zero waste after using your discard. You will not even notice it after baking!
