Easy butter cookies for fingerfood or your buffet!

Ingredients
- 120gr Sourdough (it can be also discard)
- 100gr flour
- 2/3 of a teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 55ml oat milk
- 20gr butter in room temperature
Steps
- Preheat the oven in 170 degrees Celsius
- Shift the flour and baking powder and mix it with sugar and salt
- Add the milk and mix
- Add in small portions the butter and knead the dough
- Add a baking paper in your tray and make small balls (12 pieces), that in the end you push them a bit in order to become a bit flat
- Optionally you can sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon
- Bake theme till they become slightly golden
TIP: You can use also spoiled milk for this recipe to make this recipe twice zero waste after using your discard. You will not even notice it after baking!
