Perfect for a Buffet or if you want to have fingerfood!

Ingredients
- 110gr sourdough (it can be discard as well)
- 60gr whole wheat flour
- 55gr all purpose flour
- 2/3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 60ml water
- 5gr butter in room temperature
- 12gr small olive pieces
- thyme or oregano
Steps
- Preheat the oven in 180 degrees Celsius
- mix the sourdough with the water
- Shift the flour, the salt and baking powder and mix it well
- Add the butter, the olives, the thyme or oregano and knead
- Add a baking paper in your tray and make small breads (5 pieces), that in the end you push them a bit in order to become a bit flat
- Bake theme till they become slightly golden
