Super easy olive sourdough breads

Perfect for a Buffet or if you want to have fingerfood!

Ingredients

  • 110gr sourdough (it can be discard as well)
  • 60gr whole wheat flour
  • 55gr all purpose flour
  • 2/3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 60ml water
  • 5gr butter in room temperature
  • 12gr small olive pieces
  • thyme or oregano

Steps

  • Preheat the oven in 180 degrees Celsius
  • mix the sourdough with the water
  • Shift the flour, the salt and baking powder and mix it well
  • Add the butter, the olives, the thyme or oregano and knead
  • Add a baking paper in your tray and make small breads (5 pieces), that in the end you push them a bit in order to become a bit flat
  • Bake theme till they become slightly golden
