In the autumn sometimes the pears are being forgotten. But they are wonderful! Therefore here an easy recipe.

Ingredients
For the top
- 2 pears in cubes
- 1 handful raisins
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
For the base
- 30gr butter in room temperature
- 50gr sugar
- 1 egg
- 120gr self raising flour (or use normal flour with baking powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 45gr milk
Steps
- Warm the oven in 180 degrees Celcious
- Put butter and then flour in a baking pan
- For the base mix first the sugar and the butter until they are a cream
- Add the egg in the sugar and butter and when it is fully integrated add slowly the flour and the cinnamon
- In the end add the milk and when the mix is homogeneous add it in the baking pan
- Add first the raisins and the walnuts
- Add the pears in the end and try to cover the raisins and the pears
- You can add a bit of sugar and cinnamon on top of the pears for extra aroma!
- Bake till a toothpick is coming out dry (between 35-45 minutes depending on your oven)
