Carrot coconut balls

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 20gr coconut oil
  • 50gr sugar
  • 35 coconut shredded
  • 60gr coconut flour
  • 120gr shredded carrot
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • extra shredded coconut to coat them

Steps

  • Preheat the oven in 180 degrees
  • Beat the eggs and add the coconut oil and the sugar
  • Mix well and add the coconut flour and the carrot
  • Add slowly the water till you see that you can make balls that they hold together
  • Place some extra shredded coconut at a plate
  • Add some baking paper in your baking tray
  • Make the balls and before placing them in the pan, cover them with shredded coconut
  • Bake them until they get brownish
