
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 20gr coconut oil
- 50gr sugar
- 35 coconut shredded
- 60gr coconut flour
- 120gr shredded carrot
- 6 tablespoons water
- extra shredded coconut to coat them
Steps
- Preheat the oven in 180 degrees
- Beat the eggs and add the coconut oil and the sugar
- Mix well and add the coconut flour and the carrot
- Add slowly the water till you see that you can make balls that they hold together
- Place some extra shredded coconut at a plate
- Add some baking paper in your baking tray
- Make the balls and before placing them in the pan, cover them with shredded coconut
- Bake them until they get brownish
