- sourdough discard (As much as you have – if you do not have enough add a bit of flour and water) You could also use flour, salt and water to make the dough. You do not obligatorily need sourdough
- depending on your sourdough you will need to add water or flour, cause you want to have a dough that is only a bit liquid.

- onion, garlic and spinach
- spinach and feta cheese
- onion, garlic and minced meat
Steps
- You prepare your filling and before it is cooked through, you add the dough
- It would be better if you can use the cover of the pan
- Cook in low temperature, so that you do not burn the filling or the lowest part of the dough
- You will need to turn upside down your pie. If you have parts of the filling falling out, just add them in the pie afterwards. Since you cannot use egg here (or I haven´t tried it) you will probably have parts of the filling falling out.
