
Ingredients
- shrimps (4 small to medium for each person)
- tomato juice (1/2 cup for each person)
- lime (1/2 lime for each person)
- fresh coriander (1 teaspoon for each person)
- salt
- pepper
Steps
- Cut the shrimps in small pieces like 1cm big
- Add them in lime and let them there to “cook” if they are raw
- If they are cooked – no need to wait
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and serve in each glass or you could also add the ingredients directly in each glass
