
Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small zucchini
- 5 mushrooms
- 12 – 16 boiled shrimps
- 2 espresso cups of cous cous
- juice of half a lemon
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and garlic
- When the onion is transparent, I remove the garlic
- Add the mushrooms and let them cook properly
- Add the zucchini and mix till your ingredients are dry
- Add the cous cous and cook it according to the package and the salt you want
- When the cous cous is ready, add the shrimps, pepper and the lemon juice
- Serve it in room temperature
