Cous cous with shrimps and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 12 – 16 boiled shrimps
  • 2 espresso cups of cous cous
  • juice of half a lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Steps

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and garlic
  • When the onion is transparent, I remove the garlic
  • Add the mushrooms and let them cook properly
  • Add the zucchini and mix till your ingredients are dry
  • Add the cous cous and cook it according to the package and the salt you want
  • When the cous cous is ready, add the shrimps, pepper and the lemon juice
  • Serve it in room temperature
