
Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 7-8 fresh mushrooms
- 100gr of tomato sauce
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- kritharaki for 2 people (around 250gr)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and garlic
- When the onion is transparent, I remove the garlic
- Add the mushrooms and let them cook properly
- Add the wine and mix till your ingredients are dry
- Add the kritharaki and the tomato sauce and start adding a bit of boiling water every time the water finishes. We are cooking this a bit like a risotto
- When the kritharaki is done, give it a couple of minutes in the pan before you serve it
