Farl – 20 minutes pan bread!

Ingredients

  • 70gr whole spelt flour, plus extra for dusting (you can use whole wheat flour that this is the typical to be used)
  • 70gr all purpose flour
  • 2/3 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 150ml spoiled milk or buttermilk or 150ml milk and 1teaspoon of vinegar
