
Ingredients
- 4gr powdered linseed
- 1 tablespoon water
- 80gr whole buckwheat flour
- 35gr rice flour
- 35gr potato flour
- 1g xantham gum
- 1g baking soda
- 93 ml water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- sesame seeds – optional
Steps
- Mix in a small bowl the linseed and the tablespoon water and let them a couple of minutes till they get like a gelatine
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the linseed, the water and the vinegar and mix well
- You can spread sesame seeds on top of the bread, which match nicely with the buckwheat flour
- Bake in preheated oven in 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes with aluminum on top and 15 minutes more without the aluminum. If you make a bigger quantity (because this one is a very small bread), you should let them in the oven longer
