Sun and canaries – what to look for – with video!

Our canaries like a lot to be in the balcony. The moment we open the balcony door, they already get excited!

But when they are in a cage, they have limited places to go and if it is warm outside and the sun is direct, this can be pretty dangerous.

When you have your birds outside, stay always close to them and check that they are not breathing faster and with their beak open. If you notice this. put them immediately in a cooler place.
