
Ingredients
- cream (you can use one of these 3 creams: Creme Patissiere / Pastry cream / vanilla custard cream or GF Creme Patissiere / Pastry cream / vanilla custard cream or vegan Patissiere cream / Pastry cream / vanilla custard cream)
- filo pastry (bought or you can make it yourself: )
- Oat, spelt, chocolate balls or buy small choco eggs
Steps
- Prepare the cream and let it cool down
- Bake the filo pastry inside tart tins, so that they resemble a nest and let it cool down
- Prepare the oat, spelt balls giving them an egg shape and bake them after the filo pastry
- When the cream is ready, add it inside the nests
- On top of the cream, place the “eggs”
