
Ingredients
- 50ml olive oil
- 30gr sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- zest of 1/4 orange
- 1 tablespoon orange pulp (so after making a juice for you, keep the pulp!!!)
- 15ml milk (you can use also Lactose free milk like almond milk or oat milk: these 2 I have tried them and it works fine)
- 115gr all GF flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Steps
- Mix the olive oil with the sugar till it gets whitish
- Mix the orange juice with the soda well and add it to the olive oil
- Add in your mi the zest and the pulp of the orange
- Warm the milk a tiny bit and add it to your mix. It shouldn´t be hot.
- Add the flour together with the baking powder
- You should have an oil dough and since there is no gluten, it is not that easy to handle. It will be breaking, so you need to be patient here
- The typical shapes are the ones you see in the fotos but you an totally do the shapes you wish
- Bake in a preheated oven in 180 degrees until the get golden on top (for approximately 20 minutes)
