An alternative dish for Easter maybe???

Ingredients
- 8 lamb ribs (4 for each person)
- flour
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- sunflower oil
Steps
- Add salt and pepper to the ribs
- You need 4 dishes: 1 with the ribs where you added salt and pepper, then the one with the flour, afterwards the one with the beaten egg and in the end the one with the breadrumbs
- Take each piece of meat and follow the order of the dishes! First cover it well with the flour, then dip it in the egg and lastly cover it with breadcrumps
- Add it in the pan with the sunflower oil where the oil is already very hot. If the oil is not hot enough, you will have no bubbles and it will not be very crunchy.
Serve it with boiled or steamed vegetables
