Beautiful Easter nests – savory

Ingredients

  • egg, oil, salt
  • creme fraiche – optional
  • cheese and salami – optional
  • filo pastry (bought or you can make it yourself: )
  • olives

Steps

  • Prepare the cream and let it cool down
  • Bake the filo pastry inside tart tins, so that they resemble a nest and let it cool down
  • Prepare the egg with a bit of salt and creme fraiche if you wish
  • Place small pieces of cheese and salami in the nests and then place the egg on top in the filo pastry
  • On top of the nests, place the olives
