- egg, oil, salt
- creme fraiche – optional
- cheese and salami – optional
- filo pastry (bought or you can make it yourself: )
- olives
Steps
- Prepare the cream and let it cool down
- Bake the filo pastry inside tart tins, so that they resemble a nest and let it cool down
- Prepare the egg with a bit of salt and creme fraiche if you wish
- Place small pieces of cheese and salami in the nests and then place the egg on top in the filo pastry
- On top of the nests, place the olives
