The Yorkshire pudding is being celebrated on the first Sunday of February! Get yourselves prepared!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 80ml milk
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 Pinches of salt
- 40gr flour
- 8 tablespoons vegetable oil
Steps
- Beat the eggs in a bowl
- Add the milk in the eggs and mix
- Add the flour together with the sugar and the salt
- It is better if you let the batter rest a bit or you let it in the fridge overnight
- When you are ready to bake them, remove them from the fridge (in case you let them there overnight) half an our before baking them
- Add in a muffin form baking pan in each muffin slot a tablespoon vegetable oil and place the baking pan in the oven
- Preheat the oven (with the baking pan inside – we need the oil to be warm) in 190 degrees Celsius
- When the oven is preheated, take out the muffin form and divide the batter in the 8 slots
- Bake at 190 degrees Celsious till golden on top – around 20 minutes
