Lemon basil chicken – sous vide

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken legs (only the meat – so you need to clean them)
  • 3-4 slices lemon
  • 3-4 basil leaves

Steps

  • Vacuum the bag and seal it well
  • Cook it with the sous vide around 30 minutes
  • Grill it 1 minute on each side and serve
