
Very easy, quick and above all: healthy!!!
Ingredients
- Greens like kale, collard greens and dino kale
- olive oil
- salt
- herbs like oregano or thyme
- spices like chili or different peppers
Steps
- Preheat the oven in 180 degrees Celsius
- Clean the greens and cut them in pieces that you can eat in 1 bite
- Place them on a baking pan. Do not a lot together. If they overlap a bit is ok but do not fill the baking pan with 2 layers of greens
- Add a bit of olive oil and the herbs or spices of your taste
- Mix them with your hands well and place them again without overlapping a lot
- Bake for 10 minutes in up and down in the oven
- Stop the oven, open the door a bit (you can place a towel so that the door does not close but remains only a bit open) and let them inside 5 minutes more to dry
- If they are not crispy enough (cause every oven is not the same), put them for a couple of minutes in the grill but stay close by (are only a couple of minutes…) cause they can burn fast
You can decorate dishes, add them in salads, have them as aperitivo with some cheese or dips or even eat them alone while watching a movie!
