- Pizza dough
- 1 onion
- handfull of chard leaves (you could add also kale or collard greens)
- 50gr cream cheese or even more if you like it a lot! (you could also use creme fraiche instead or as an addition)
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Steps
- Cut the onions in cubes
- Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and add the onion
- Cut your greens in 2cm pieces
- When the onion is transparent, add the greens and cook them in medium heat till they are done with some salt and pepper (or also chili if you fancy it). You will probably need to add a bit of water or a bit of white wine
- When your pizza needs only 5 minutes till it is ready, add the cooked greens and on top the cream cheese and bake the 5 minutes that are missing
