Sourdough crepes

Quick and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 70gr sourdough or sourdough discard (Do not discard your sourdough! There are so many quick recipes to use it!)
  • 2 eggs
  • olive oil

Steps

  • Mix your 2 ingredients together
  • Add some olive oil in a frying pan and keep the heat in medium
  • Add half of your dough in the pan and after 1 minute turn the crepe/omelette on the other side and cook it
  • Before putting the dough in the pan, add a bit of olive oil

Serve them with savor or sweet toppings!
