Amazing GF Hazelnut cake

This cake smells like heaven and it is impossible to understand that is gluten free. It is fluffy and with an incredible consistency.

Ingredients (for a double cake – so 2 baking pans! If you do not wish to fill it like in the foto, you can use 2/3 of the ingredients and serve it with powdered sugar or with marmalade on top!)

  • 220gr Hazelnut
  • 90gr corn flour
  • 50gr coconut flour
  • 100gr sugar
  • 140gr cocoa
  • 7gr baking powder
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 4gr vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 60gr coconut oil
  • 240 coconut milk
  • 8ml apple cider vinegar

Steps

  • Preheat the oven in 180 degrees
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together
  • Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the liquids
  • Mix well
  • Place a baking paper in your baking pan (or in 2 if you have 2 baking pans that are the same)
  • Place your dough in the two baking pans or place only half of your dough (approximately 535gr) in the baking pan (if you only have 1 baking pan)
  • Bake each pan till a toothpick comes out clean, for approximately 25 minutes
