Quick lemon yogurt cake

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 50gr sugar
  • 55ml vegetable oil
  • 20ml milk
  • 175gr yogurt (here how to make your own yogurt: )
  • 200gr flour (you can also make a mix of wheat flour eg. 150gr and spelt flour 50gr)
  • 2gr baking powder
  • 4gr vanilla sugar
  • zest of half a lemon

Steps

  • Preheat the oven in 180 degrees Celsius
  • Mix well the eggs and the sugar
  • Add the oil and the milk and mix
  • Add the yogurt and mix
  • Add all the dry ingredients together and mix
  • Butter and flour a baking pan
  • Bake around 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Serve it with powdered sugar
