Turbot with asparagus and shrimps – Ideas

This is a very elegant dish with clean and pure flavors.

Fairly easy dish also! So you need to prepare the turbot, so that it doesn´t have any bones. Add on too an asparagus and bake it in the oven.

We grilled the shrimps in a pan and we added them before serving the dish.

You can use just oil and pepper on top and no sauce! But we have made a sauce with the exteriors of the shrimps and this is what you see in the fotos!
