
Ingredients
- red cabbage – for 2 people 2 handfuls
- 1 carrot
- spoon of mayo
- 1/2 spoon of mustard
- salt
- pepper
- bit of olive oil
- 2-3 drops of Worcestershire sauce
Steps
- Cut the red cabbage in thin slices – 2-3mm
- Shred the carrot and add it to the red cabbage
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the sauce
- Add the sauce to the carrot and red cabbage and mix well
This matches perfect with burgers! With minced meat ones or with soy mince!
