
Ingredients
- Salad leaves for 2 people (whatever salad you have – we used from our balcony: spinach, red swish chard, red leaf salad, baby purple kale, baby collard greens)
- 1 avocado in small pieces
- 10 strawberries (cut in half)
- 8 cherries (remove the pits – not that funny but it is better not having the pits there…)
- some leaves of peppermint
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar or flavored vinegar (fruity ones like with raspberry, strawberry or pomegranate would match nicely)
Steps
- Cut the greens in small pieces
- Add the avocado
- Add the strawberries and the cherries
- Add in the end the peppermint in small pieces
- Finish with the olive oil and the vinegar you chose to use
