
Ingredients
- 250gr chicken hearts
- 1 onion – cut in cubes
- 20ml white whine
- 2 espresso glasses quinoa
- 1 chive
Steps
- Cook first the chicken hearts for a couple of minutes and then remove them from the pan
- Cook the onion till transparent and add the chicken hearts
- you can add a bit of white wine and cook them in high temperature
- Quinoa: for each espresso glass, you need 2,5 espresso glasses water but check also the packaging of your quinoa
- Normally quinoa needs around 15 minutes
- Put some oil in a pot and when it is warm, add the quinoa for half a minute
- Add boiling water and cook the quinoa according to your packaging
