Oat cinnamon balls – GF and LF

Ingredients

  • 30gr almond mouse
  • 40 apple sauce
  • 1/2 spoon chocolate cream (or use a glass jar after finishing the chocolate cream)
  • 30gr oats
  • 20gr grounded hazelnut
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • sugar: you could add also sugar in case you have a sweet tooth

Steps

  • Add all the ingredient together.
  • Make small balls. If the mix is too wet (maybe your pulp in wetter than mine), then add a bit of grounded hazelnut or cocoa in the mix until you can make the balls. It will not stop being sticky.
  • Bake in a preheated oven in 180 degrees Celcius until they get brown (approximately 15-20 minutes)
