
Ingredients
- 80gr sourdough starter
- 30ml milk
- 50gr all purpose flour
- 2gr salt
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Place the dough in muffin forms – not more dough than half of the height of each muffin
- Let them rest overnight
- Bake the next day in 170 degrees Celcius till they are golden on top
- Tip! Before baking you can brush them with water and add different herbs on top like: garlic, oregano, thyme, pepper and so on…
- And you can fill them with whatever you wish – they are perfect as finger food for a buffet
