Overnight super easy small breads in muffin forms

Ingredients

  • 80gr sourdough starter
  • 30ml milk
  • 50gr all purpose flour
  • 2gr salt

Steps

  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Place the dough in muffin forms – not more dough than half of the height of each muffin
  • Let them rest overnight
  • Bake the next day in 170 degrees Celcius till they are golden on top
  • Tip! Before baking you can brush them with water and add different herbs on top like: garlic, oregano, thyme, pepper and so on…
  • And you can fill them with whatever you wish – they are perfect as finger food for a buffet
