Quick sourdough orange and white chocolate cookies

Ingredients

• 100gr sourdough discard
• zest from half orange
• 20gr small pieces white chocolate
• 25gr flour
• 2 dates

Steps

• Mix all the ingredients together
• These quantities make 8 cookies and the dough is quite wet, so it will not be feasible to shape them
• Bake them in a preheated oven in 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes and 20 minutes in 1500 degrees Celsius
