Violet shining like a diamond! – red wine – Natural egg coloring

If you leave the eggs in the red wine for a day, you will get the color above – a beautiful purple that shines like it has very small diamonds on it. On the above foto, I added in the wine an already hard boiled egg.

But if you leave the eggs in the red wine for a n hour or so, you will get the color below – a beautiful purple!

If you add vinegar, like below, you will not have any “diamonds”… just in case you do not like them! This below is for you then.
