Quick Valentine´s breakfast

Ingredients

• Slices of bread
• slices of ham
• eggs
• cookie cutter in heart shape (it should be metallic and not plastic)
• tomato
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• herbs

Steps

• Add some olive oil in the pan and place the cookie cutter
• Add the egg inside the cookie cutter
• Toast the bread
• Add some fresh tomato on the bread
• Place the fried egg on the bread
• Serve with ham
• Add some extra olive oil on top, salt, pepper and herbs like thyme
