
Ingredients
- 135gr dark chocolate
- 60gr cream
- 35gr softened butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rum or brandy
Steps
- Place all the ingredients but butter and the alcoholic drink in a bowl and place it over a pot with slightly boiling water (bain-marie) till they are melted
- Add the butter and the alcoholic drink and mix
- It is recommended to use it a couple of minutes after you finish. If not, it will get stiffer but you can always warm it a bit and then decorate whatever you want.
- It remains a bit soft and you can cut through it, cause it is not breaking.
