
Ingredients
- 15ml vegetable oil
- 25 gr flour
- 25ml milk
- 2 eggs (divided in yolks and whites)
- 26gr sugar
- 4gr vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
Steps
- Warm the vegetable oil and when it is warm, remove from the fire and add the flour
- Add the milk and mix till the milk is incorporated
- Add the two egg yolks in the dough you have
- Whisk the egg whites with the sugar and the salt into stiff peaks
- Add the egg whites in your dough till the egg whites part is completely incorporated in your dough
- Put baking paper in your baking pan and add your dough
- Place your baking pan in a bigger tray where you add hot water
- Bake in 170 degrees Celsius for approximately 50 minutes (depending on the oven)
- You can serve with powdered sugar or a bit of marmalade or just like this
