With the following ingredients I made 8 small crepes. I used a 14cm pan.


- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons GF flour
- 3 tablespoons oat flour (see here how you can make your own homemade oat flour)
- 100ml oat milk (see here how you can make your own homemade oat milk)
- 1 teaspoon quince syrup (you can use whatever syrup you have or honey)
- pinch of salt
- butter or oil to grease the pan (I used olive oil)
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Heat in medium fire a pan with butter or oil
- Turn the crepe when the bottom is golden, so that you cook it thoroughly in both sides
- I greased the pan every time before making a new crepe


I ate the first crepe with greek butter and fig marmalade from Stella (my last glass unfortunately… I do not have more)
