Oat crepes – GF and DF

With the following ingredients I made 8 small crepes. I used a 14cm pan.

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons GF flour
  • 3 tablespoons oat flour (see here how you can make your own homemade oat flour)
  • 100ml oat milk (see here how you can make your own homemade oat milk)
  • 1 teaspoon quince syrup (you can use whatever syrup you have or honey)
  • pinch of salt
  • butter or oil to grease the pan (I used olive oil)

Steps

  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Heat in medium fire a pan with butter or oil
  • Turn the crepe when the bottom is golden, so that you cook it thoroughly in both sides
  • I greased the pan every time before making a new crepe

I ate the first crepe with greek butter and fig marmalade from Stella (my last glass unfortunately… I do not have more)

GF stands for gluten free.

DF stands for dairy free.
