Easy dish and not heavy! Ideal for a dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- 1 medium onion
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1/2 glass white wine (depends a bit on the flour you will use-we used GF flour)
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 glass of water
- a bit of nutmeg
- salt
- pepper
- fresh chili pepper, that you burn with a sugar burner (you can also use dried chili pepper or powder or directly skip it)
Steps
- Melt butter in a pot
- Saute the onion (very thin cut) in medium fire
- When the onion is done (around 7 minutes) add the flour and cook it for 5 minutes approximately
- Add very slowly the wine and then the orange juice without stopping to mix them
- Finally add the water till you have a sauce consistence
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (if you like it)
- Steam the salmon for around 7 minutes (depending on the piece of salmon you have)
You can serve this dish with rice (we used basmati). You can place first the rice on the dish and season it, add the salmon and in the end add the sauce and on top some chili.
