
For this pizza you do not need to make any sauce! But you need a lot of cheese instead! So this is one for the cheese lovers and for the ones having allergy to tomato.
Ingredients
- 4-5 table spoons creme fraiche
- different cheeses ( I used gouda, emmental, mozzarella and gorgonzola)
Preparation
- You prepare the pizza dough (you can make a sourdough pizza!!! This is the one I did in the fotos). Put a bit of olive oil on the surface and then add the creme fraiche, salt and pepper
- You bake it according to the instructions of your pizza
- When the pizza is ready, you take it out, the cheeses and a bit more pepper and you put it back in the oven in 160 for a 2 minutes
- You turn off the fire and you leave it a couple of minutes more and that´s it! If you want your cheese crunchy you must leave it a bit more
