Marmalade with whatever fruit

I am definitely not an expert like my mum, but when I have some old fruit, I always make marmalade with only a bit of sugar and I try to eat it within 2 weeks!

I used the fruit that you can see in the fotos and I added only 2 table spoons of sugar. I let them boil, in the end I added a bit of lemon and then i put them in a clean glass jar. I didn’t sterilize it and that is why I say that it must be eaten very soon!

So if you also have some old fruit, maybe you can use this idea and make a marmalade!
