If you have zucchini plants, you can enjoy the zucchini flowers at least for a month period. Since our zucchini plants were very efficient this year, we have eaten a lot of them! It is always a pleasure.
So I actually used what I had in the fridge and it ended up being very tasty!

- Add the mushroom to the bacon when it is fried
- Open the zucchini flowers and remove the interior
- Add the parsley and the bulgur and the correct amount of water according to your package of bulgur
- Add the zucchini pieces when the bulgur is ready
- When it cools down a bit, add the cheese and fill the zucchini flowers
